Drainage mat

Drainage mat is a geocomposite drainage layer consisting of a second generation high-performance HDPE (high density polyethylene) core with hollows on one side, with a geotextile filter thermally attached to one side.
The textile filter has an edge that extends beyond the core at one edge.

Normally, liquid can only enter from one side of the drain mat.
Typical applications are:

*Restriction of landfills and mines,
*Cut‐ off trenches.
*Blocking capillaries from gas openings,
* Instead of stone drainage layers in landfill insulation systems.
